Online registration is available on their web site. The Open Space Programming Mixer/Function on Friday night produced the detailed program schedule for the rest of SMOFCon 28. Paper copies of the schedule are also available at the convention.
By popular demand, programming will start at 10 AM, not an hour earlier as previously announced. Programming will be in the Ballroom (ground floor), Sainte Claire Room (second floor), and Santa Vesta Room (second floor). The Boardroom (second floor) is available for small breakout or overflow sessions.
Morning programming runs 10 – Noon on both Saturday and Sunday, 2 – 5 PM Saturday, and 2 – 4 PM Sunday, with a final feedback/wrap-up panel (with a look ahead to SMOFCon 29) at 4 PM Sunday. There is a two-hour lunch break at Noon both days; however, the Convention Center Tour on Saturday starts at 12:55 during the lunch break.

In addition to the Ballroom and Sainte Claire Rooms for daytime panel-type programming and the Boardroom for small meetings, we will also have the Santa Vesta Room available for “round-table” type programming. The room will be set with several round tables and chairs and can be included in the Open Source Programming mix. This room will also be used for the Probability & Statistics Seminar taking place after the “Fannish Inquisition” on Saturday night. (See the sign-up sheet being distributed around the convention for the S&T Seminar; note that there is a $10 lab fee for this particular item and a limit of 30 people.)
