Bylaws Amendments Adopted

The SFSFC Board of Directors adopted two bylaw amendments at their meeting on November 20, 2010. The corporation’s fiscal year now ends on the last day of March instead of June, effective immediately. (This creates a short fiscal year July 1, 2010-March 31, 2011.) SFSFC has established its initial board meeting schedule for 2011. The Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on March 19, July 30, and November 19, 2011.
