Standing Rule 1. Unless otherwise provided by resolution or instructions, chairs of committees shall have authority to appoint members to and discharge members from their committees. [Adopted October 17, 1993.] Standing Rule 2. The motion to postpone definitely is allowed at all meetings, even if more than a quarterly time interval will elapse before the next regular meeting. No motion may be postponed beyond the next regular meeting. [Adopted July 17, 2004.] Last Revision Date: July 17, 2004 I attest that the preceding bylaws and standing rules, consisting of sixteen (16) pages, are complete and correct as of the last revision date noted above.
